Dot Foods focuses on developing their employees, connecting food manufacturers & suppliers with customers and retail outlets, and maintaining the core values established by founders Robert & Dorothy Tracy more than 60 years ago.

Today, they employ thousands of people nationwide, from their warehouses to transportation. Last week we made the trip down to company HQ in Mt. Sterling, where we learned all about their business model and toured the campus.

Bonus: this was done alongside our peers from 3 other CEO programs.

We had a great day to learn about the largest food redistributor in America (practically in our backyard!) and network with colleagues from Adams, Brown Schuyler, and Hancock County CEO Programs. Thanks to Dot for the awesome learning opportunity!
