Farmers & Merchants State Bank of Bushnell hosted us for a visit this morning, outlining their 111-year history in the community. As a full-service bank, they do it all: offering local residential, commercial, and agricultural loans, a trust department, plus tax preparation and accounting services.
We got a great overview of the formula they use when reviewing loan applications, reinforcement of good business and accounting practices, and a better understanding of fraud and technical issues they face every day.
