Cole Street Coffee House is a mission-driven business that does things a little differently. Located in Bushnell, this (relatively) new coffee shop supports the community by offering up the contents of the tip jar to a different local organization or cause every month.
We had the opportunity to learn about the business model and see first-hand just how successful it is. On a busy Wednesday morning, we were given not only a taste of some of their offerings, but the service provided by manager Kea Runyan and her staff.
It's always a good day when you start with CEO, but adding a little extra caffeine and sugar and lessons about running a business was a bonus. Thanks to Kea for the words of wisdom and for making time for our team!
