Personal responsibility, time management, follow-through, accountability, integrity: it all describes the expectations we have of ourselves, and values that are especially important in the CEO program. No excuses!

Today's guest speaker was Bruce Western, Instructor with Western Illinois University Management & Marketing. His career has taken him from human resource management to business ownership to collegiate instruction to administrative roles at WIU. Bruce provided us with practical application for the values he presented. Examples were based in real-world situations. At the end, the team had the chance to practice being a manager and prioritize tasks for the day.

Thanks to Bruce for spending time with us this morning. He gave us a recipe for success, which we can give back in a baker's dozen.
