Ever heard someone say that Coca Cola can "cure" an ailment?  The Better Business Bureau was founded over a century ago in response to widespread, untruthful advertising practices like that.
Building trust in the marketplace is at the core of the Better Business Bureau's mission.  Today we heard all about the organization's mission and practices from Don O'Brien, Regional Director of BBB Quincy.  Don shared how they help mediate business/customer disputes, how to file a complaint, and current scam techniques and practices.  We learned that the 18-24 age range is most likely to be targeted by scammers, and how to spot many of those scams.  
As our young entrepreneurs continue to learn and develop business skills, watching out for scams and fraud will be helpful.  Thanks to Don for equipping us with the knowledge & tools!
