We all see the world through different lenses. And we all need people who see the world differently around us. Recognizing those differences in personality and communication styles is what makes a great team.

We rounded out last week with a facilitation on our DISC personality assessments. Thanks to Payne Schoen of Payne Schoen Consulting for helping us understand ourselves and each other a little better. It was an engaging morning spent identifying strengths, motivators, stressors, communication styles, and more. We look forward to applying this knowledge as we move through the year (and beyond)!
