Great Expectations. How do we know what they are, and how do we communicate them? Today we joined CEO Board Chair Ketra Roselieb, Vice President for Finance and Administration at Western Illinois University, at her office for an engaging discussion all about expectations.

We covered so much valuable ground today - from setting clear expectations upfront to understanding the different types of expectations people bring to any situation. Key takeaway: when we’re intentional about communicating expectations (and regularly checking in on them), we save ourselves and others from frustration down the road.
