What’s the difference between a debate and an argument?

That was the question that kicked off our session on conflict management today. We were joined by Dr. Honey Zimmerman, Asst. Professor of Supply Chain Management with Western Illinois University Management & Marketing.

Dr. Zimmerman covered everything from handling difficult conversations to reading body language to finding common ground in negotiations. She provided a helpful perspective to work through conflict and disagreement as we start thinking about the class business.
