“It may not be my problem, but I will make it my problem.”
This is a quote that impacted many of our young entrepreneurs during a session on “The Disney Way: Principles to Improve the Customer Experience” with David Zanolla. We discussed four very intentional approaches to the customer experience, and how to apply them to our own start-up businesses.
We were invited to join our CEO colleagues over in Carthage for a special session led by Mr. Zanolla, who has studied this subject for years and led college students on immersive trips to experience ‘The Disney Way’ first-hand.
