One of the key cooperative principles is ‘concern for community’ - and McDonough Telephone Cooperative - MTC demonstrates that through a lot of initiatives - including investment in not just one, but two local CEO Programs!

Last week, Hancock County CEO Class joined us for a business visit in Colchester. MTC started out as a telephone cooperative, and now brings fiber internet to many of our rural communities. They demonstrated how fiber optic cable is buried, and gave us an overview of the history and operations of the co-op.
