Our first few days of CEO have been spent discussing some core principles of the program, and what it will take to be successful this year.

It all boils down to how we go about producing the WOW that sets us apart, which we do by excelling at:
✔️Timeliness
✔️Professionalism
✔️Communication
✔️Accountability
✔️Preparation
✔️Integrity
✔️Responsibility
✔️Work Ethic
✔️Respect

Today we welcomed our first guest speaker, Mr. Bruce Western, Professor Emeritus of the WIU School of Accounting & Business Administration. He made quite the ‘first impression’ on the team (IYKYK!) and talked about personal responsibility, follow-through, and time management. The team got a taste of what it’s like to be a manager and prioritize decisions. Every discussion underscored the points above.

Now that the foundation set, we move onward and upward. The CEO Class of 2027 is ready!
