Today, our CEO team joined Ketra Roselieb, CEO Board Secretary and Vice President of Finance & Administration at Western Illinois University, on campus for an insightful session focused on the nuances of expectations - how to set, understand, and meet them.

Clear communication is a critical skill to achieve success. Our students explored how defining expectations applies to their participation in the program, their peer-to-peer collaboration, and their future professional relationships with employers, clients and partners. Learning to establish clear standards early builds accountability and aligns team goals.

These are more soft skills we take with us into the year ahead. The foundation is being built every day.
