Yesterday, our team visited Engraving by Lin where Lin Stults shared the history of her 46-year journey as an entrepreneur and business owner. During our visit, the class explored how building strong relationships creates social capital in our community, a life lesson we observe in the program. Lin demonstrated true customer focus by showing how deliberate and thoughtful she is with every individual client. The students were amazed by her craftsmanship as she made complex customization look effortless, and everyone appreciated the chance to try their hand at engraving a personalized name plate.
