Angela & Alex Hance, the 2nd and 3rd generations of Dough Delights, gave the team some valuable insight into running a small business. We got a comprehensive overview of this unique Christmas ornament business, which started at the kitchen table back in 1980. They make all their products by hand. They have developed a broad yet loyal customer base, while improving operations over time. They find ways to adapt when times get tough. They differentiate themselves from mass production and sales companies through their customer service.
